Organizational charts and structure delivered by MyHCM present graphic/pictorial representations of professional relationships that exist between employees and their superiors within an enterprise. Such charts can be viewed by both managers and workers, both are grounded by supervisor hierarchy. The hierarchy viewer control panel that we employ, aids a user to manipulate the position and appearance of the organization chart and structure during runtime. A single chart may include a control panel, a number of nodes, and links that provide a connection to the nodes. You are permitted to hold the command to collapse or build a hierarchy, in accordance with your requirements.

Employee Access to Organizational Chart and Structure

The Organization Chart has a wide range of distinguished functions when it comes to employee use.
It enables workers to search for other staff members within their organization by employing the use of Simple or Advanced Search.
Just as managers do, workers too have access to employee contact information and employment details except for salary-related information.
Employees can perform self-service personal actions by clicking the actions link available in the personal details panel.
Selecting an action directs you to another page with a side navigation container.
The side navigation container consists of all the personal actions links.
Upon completion of a certain transaction, you can move on to another one without exiting the page. This way you can perform multiple transactions for yourself .
